Apartment Community Groundskeeper

GroundskeeperWe're seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness and the appearance of common areas. Key Responsibilities: Maintain exterior common areas, including sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways Empty and clean trash and recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs, including fencing, signage, trash cans, and lighting fixtures Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment, such as pavement sweepers, blowers, and pressure washers Identify and report property hazards, damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management Assist with move-in and move-out cleanups, event setups, and special projects Follow property appearance, maintenance, and sustainability standards Qualifications: One or more years of groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, or general labor experience preferred Ability to operate relevant equipment properly and responsibly Basic handyman skills for light exterior repairs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent preferred Core Values: Honesty Integrity Competence Enthusiasm Professionalism Reliability and attendance Drug-Free Workplace Equal Opportunity Employer
