Your specific duties will include:Greet and direct visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages or transfer to voicemail as needed.Retrieve voicemail messages and distribute them to appropriate personnel.Provide callers with information such as company address, directions, and general inquiries.Monitor visitor access, issue passes as required and maintain appointment calendars.Prepare travel vouchers and process payments for services and products.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and publications.Maintain fax machines, assist users, send/receive faxes, and route incoming documents.Create and print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.Required qualifications for the position include:High School diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Proficient in basic math, algebra, and geometry.Strong verbal communication skills, including speaking effectively with customers and employees.Pr Pay Rate: $21.27 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
