The Br Le is Clb39's senior brtener n shift leer. Yo will work the floor s prt of the br tem on every shift, biling rinks, rnning service, n holing the stnr, while lso crrying the leership responsibilities tht come with being the most ccontble person behin the br.

Or focs is linking genine hospitlity with expertly crfte cocktils, ensring everyone feels welcome from the moment they wlk in to the moment they leve. The Br Le sets tht tone, evelops the tem ron them, n mkes sre Clb39 rns the wy it is sppose to on every shift.

Two ys per week re mngement-esignte Br Le shifts t n elevte rte, focse on leership, trining, n opertionl oversight. The remining shifts re brtening shifts. Compenstion is commensrte with experience within the rnges liste below.

• Exection of Clb39's fll cocktil progrm to stnr on every shift.
• Br setp, clenliness, n presenttion throghot service.
• TBC complince: responsible service, I verifiction, n lcohol monitoring.
• Frozen mchine opertion, btch prep, n overnight pre-cool protocol.
• n experience tht erns people bck.

Opertions

• Br opening n closing proceres, complete correctly every shift.
• Proct monitoring n orering commniction to mngement.
• Inventory spport n invoice recoring in MrginEge.
• Helth, sfety, n TBC complince, lwys.

Wht We're Looking For

• Two or more yers of brtening experience in fll-service br or cocktil-forwr environment.
• emonstrte bility to le shift n hol tem to stnr, throgh exmple rther thn irection.
• Wrmth n genine cre for the people t yor br. Hospitlity is skill, not personlity trit, n we hire ccoringly.
• Fll working knowlege of spirits, cocktil techniqe, n br opertions.
• TBC certifiction, or willingness to obtin it before yor strt te.
• Relible, orgnize, n prepre. The br oes not forgive shortcts.
• Comfort with POS systems n scheling tools (we se nion POS n 7shifts).
• Experience with btche cocktil progrms or frozen cocktil eqipment is pls.

Compenstion n Schele

• Brtening shifts: $15. to $17. per hor, pls tips throgh the ll-y Clb39 tip pool.
• Br Le shifts: $25. to $28. per hor, mngement esignte, two ys per week.
• Both rtes commensrte with experience.
• Schele: Fll time. Open vilbility reqire. Specific schele set with mngement t hire.
• PTO: ccrl begins t hire, n the rte increses with tenre.
• Benefits: Meicl enrollment vilble. Pel39 covers pproximtely 5% of the employee premim. entl n vision vilble t employee cost.
