Essential Functions
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
- Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies.
- Follow checklists to ensure consistency.
- Report repair needs or safety issues promptly.
- Communicate room status and special requests.
- Support coworkers as needed.
- Complete additional cleaning or operational tasks as assigned.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull housekeeping carts.
- Indoor/outdoor work based on property layout; weekends and holidays required.
