Job Title: Machine Operator / Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / Forklift Operator. This position will begin in a General Laborer capacity, allowing you to showcase your work ethic, dependability, and comfort with physical, hands-on tasks. Once proven, you will quickly transition into a Forklift Operator role with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks with diligence and reliability.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability.
• Comfortably handle physical, hands-on tasks.
• Transition into a Forklift Operator role after demonstrating capability and reliability.
• Work significant overtime as required.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Essential Skills

• Comfortable working outside in a yard environment in all weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Dependability and commitment to showing up every day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work significant overtime.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Work Environment

You will be working in a manufacturing environment, primarily outdoors. The role requires comfort with exposure to various weather conditions and involves significant physical activity. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, morning shift or evening shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
