Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations within a hospital setting. This contract position, based in the Boston, MA area, requires an experienced professional to begin work as soon as possible, with an expected duration of three or more months.

Responsibilities include managing inpatient pharmacy functions, ensuring efficient and safe medication use, and handling staffing responsibilities as needed. The role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain high standards of pharmacy services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacy license
• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage pharmacy staff effectively

• Boston, MA (with possible travel to Cambridge, MA as needed)
