Apply now What You Will Be Doing Design hands‑on workshops that teach students to build authentic social media followings Provide coaching on content strategy, covering ideation through optimization with AI tools Support students in transforming their personal areas of expertise into marketable brands Deliver 1:1 and small‑group coaching to help students establish goals, maintain consistency, and produce concrete outputs Maintain accountability to elevated standards in communication, work quality, and follow‑through Facilitate real‑world projects (businesses, marketing, coding, etc.) and drive toward measurable outcomes Monitor student progress across the 3 C's and take action when performance declines Provide clear communication to students and parents regarding progress, gaps, and subsequent steps What You Won’t Be Doing Teaching through traditional lectures or following a standard curriculum Evaluating large volumes of homework or emphasizing theoretical knowledge Providing excessive support to unmotivated students or reducing standards for the sake of comfort Working within a slow, bureaucratic educational institution Research Assistant Key Responsibilities Generate measurable improvement in students' confidence, communication, and real‑world competence by coaching them to execute consistently at a high standard. Basic Requirements Proven record of significant personal achievement in at least one real‑world domain: launching a company, building an audience, generating revenue, publishing research, competing at an elite level, or equivalent Effective coaching and mentoring abilities, with aptitude for motivating teenagers 3+ years of experience coaching/mentoring teenagers Strong communication and presentation capabilities Proficiency with AI/tech tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Willing to work on‑site in Austin, TX.
