Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Process payroll and track employee expenses. Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end close. Prepare basic financial statements and reports. Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits as needed. Core Competencies 3+ years of bookkeeping or small business accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
