Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing personnel
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond effectively to emergencies and resident care needs
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
