Join Regal Staffing Services and help a Dallas-based manufacturer deliver high-quality mechanical assemblies that keep systems flowing smoothly.

What you’ll build

• Valve and flow-control assemblies for hydronic applications
• Subassemblies aligned, fitted, fastened, and sealed with gaskets and O-rings
• Accurate builds driven by blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

How you’ll work

• Use hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, and measuring devices confidently
• Inspect parts and final assemblies for precision, defects, and quality standards
• Perform routine/preventative equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting; notify your supervisor of issues
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe station
• Collaborate to meet daily production goals

Shift & compensation

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM–2:45 PM, Monday–Friday
• Mandatory OT as required
• $18 per hour

What you’ll bring

• 1+ years in assembly or manufacturing (mechanical/industrial preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong manual dexterity for small components; keen attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and solid work ethic
• Steel toe boots
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pre-employment

• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
