Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, treatments, and performing diagnostic tests Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating Participate in resident assessments and care conferences Requirements: Current LPN/RN license in the state of Iowa Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Commitment to providing compassionate care to all residents We are looking for a few amazing nurses to join our team!
