Job Summary

The Ambulatory Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for overall strategic and operational planning, operations. The role is responsible for evaluation of care, treatment and services provided by all unit staff members and others i.e. providers, ancillary staff, and students. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for the clinic's reputation and performance. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager provides 24/7 leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, fiscal responsibility, human resources, patient advocacy, performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Masters degreein Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Three (3) years of experience
• Clinical nursing leadership experience preferred
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required for the following areas with 90-days or employment or transfer:
  All Critical Care areas
  Emergency Care Center (ECC/ED)
  GI/Cath Laboratory
  Labor & Delivery
  All Intermediate Care areas
  Post Acute Care Unite (PACU)
