Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior Corporate Finance Associate for its Washington, D.C. office. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries nationwide. Duties Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents. Manage deal processes and client interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in lender and/or borrower‑side financings. Experience with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, or asset‑based lending. Strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills. Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities. Proactive and team‑oriented approach.
