Responsibilities Managing daily accounting operations and staff Manage all close processes Point of contact for all audit matters Owning of all financial reporting Directly support FP&A needs Ad-hoc projects as needed Qualifications MBA and/or CPA preferred, but not required 4-5+ years of Construction experience Experience managing a team Compensation $140,000-180,000 depending on experience We are partnering with a successful Construction company in the Worcester area who is actively seeking a Controller to join their team. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in Construction and has staff supervision experience. We are open to experienced Controllers or Assistant Controllers ready for the next step.
