Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, New Orleans, LA

Baton Rouge, LA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette markets to drive demand generation and patient access in Rheumatology. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned territory to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
  • Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on schedule

Requirements

  • 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
  • Significant demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance against business objectives
  • Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
