• Position: Enrollment Specialist
  Start Date: ASAP
  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9-5 with an unpaid 1 hour lunch from 1-2 PM and two 15 min breaks
  Pay Rate: $18 per hour 
  Benefits: This position does not include benefits or paid time off (PTO)

TruckGod CDL Training is a state-approved CDL training provider dedicated to helping students from all backgrounds obtain their CDL. We are a small family-owned business with a small but mighty team . We value trust, flexibility, and accountability. There are no uniforms, no strict cell phone policies, and no micromanaging . We simply ask that you come in, complete the tasks planned for your shift, and take ownership of your work. You will work under minimal supervision , but all assigned duties must be completed during your scheduled shift.

This is a repetitive position , meaning you will perform many of the same tasks each day. The role is easy to learn and manage , and you will have your own desk and office space , allowing you to work independently and stay organized.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

Follow up with prospective students via phone and email to generate leads

Assist with student enrollment and ensure all required forms and documentation are completed

Track and maintain student attendance records

Ensure students complete each training section as scheduled

Scan and upload student files into the training software

Create training folders for new students

Schedule CDL permit tests and follow up on permit status

Post and schedule content for social media platforms

Perform general office and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred , but not required

Prior office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
