In this role, you’ll help shape talent strategies, strengthen employee engagement, coach leaders, and support a positive workplace culture across our operations. What You’ll Do Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues. Lead employee investigations with fairness, consistency, and professionalism. Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance. Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives. Support leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning. Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Partner on compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Develop long-term solutions to recurring people and organizational challenges. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations. Experience working in a multi-site environment. Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics.
