Job Description And Duties Under the direct supervision of Personnel Supervisor I, the Personnel Specialist (PS) performs a variety of personnel and/or payroll transactions for a group of approximately 180 employees in a 24-hour facility. These duties include, but are not limited to, appointments, separations, transfers, promotions, and requesting various types of pay. Limited term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s). Candidate pool may be screened to determine the most qualified candidates for potential interviews.
