With a competitive pay range of $28-$32 per flat-rate hour and most of our auto repair techs turning 150-200 hours per week , you'll enjoy a steady and lucrative workload . And we offer a $5,000.00 sign on bonus. $2500.00 up front and $2500.00 after 6 months of employment. What This Auto Repair Role Entails Schedule: This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll be working at our new facility in Flagstaff, AZ, surrounded by the latest equipment in a clean and professional environment. As an experienced Auto Body Technician, you spend each day at Flagstaff Collision diving into body and frame repairs, tackling everything from minor touch-ups to major collision restorations. You competently use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure every auto repair meets our high standards. Working on well-documented estimates, you navigate a busy shop that's always buzzing with activity. Our automaker certifications and dealer relationships mean a constant stream of vehicles, providing you with diverse, steady, and rewarding challenges every day.
