Title: Personal Injury Paralegal (Hybrid)

Salary: $60,000 - 90,000, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files from initial filing through trial, including deadlines, case files, and maintaining an accurate case management system
• Coordinate litigation support tasks such as depositions, medical record requests, mediations, and trial preparation
• Order, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills; draft medical chronologies and timelines
• Draft litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition notices
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers via letters, emails, and phone
• Conduct legal research and provide general litigation support to attorneys

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Experience managing cases from pre-litigation through litigation
• An ability to draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and case files
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team

Bonus Experience:

• Experience using Needles/NEOS case management software
• Prior personal injury experience in Texas
