Wound Care NP/PA — Autonomous Home-Visit Clinician

Woundtech in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our wound care team. You will perform home visits to manage wound care and document visits promptly. The role requires NP/PA certification, state license, autonomy, and 1–3 years of advanced practice experience. You will debride wounds, apply treatments, coordinate with PCP, and educate patients.
