Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Austin, TX team. Thisposition offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group ofpsychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a supportive andprofessionally enriching environment. Key Responsibilities: Conductindividual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Performclinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatmentplans. Participateactively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning. Maintainaccurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Demonstratea commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Collaborateeffectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize clientoutcomes. Qualifications: Activelicensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State ofTexas. Master’sdegree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Priorclinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and grouptherapy. Thoroughunderstanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, andclinical protocols. Exceptionalinterpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ademonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-basedclinical setting.
