Located in Mokena, IL, we are dedicated to providing top‑notch waterproofing solutions that our clients can trust. Responsibilities Assist in supervising waterproofing projects from start to finish. Coordinate with crew members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Monitor and document work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates. Help maintain project schedules and budgets. Conduct quality control inspections on completed work. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and crew members. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; construction management experience preferred. Previous experience in a construction or waterproofing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
