General Manager

Job Overview This position is for a General Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s safety, quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Set restaurant goals with the leader and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers as needed. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience managing high‑volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
