Role Description
Als (Senior) Enterprise Architect (all genders) prägst du die Architektur unserer Transformationsprojekte und entwickelst auf Basis bewährter SAP Enterprise Architecture Methoden zukunftssichere Zielbilder.
- Übersetzung strategischer Anforderungen in technologische Leitplanken
- Erstellung zentraler Architektur‑Artefakte wie:
- Business Capability Maps
- Solution Architecture Diagrams
- Value Roadmaps
- Gestaltung von End-to-End-Lösungsszenarien
- Definition des Übergangs von klassischen On-Premise-Landschaften hin zu modernen SAP‑Cloud‑Architekturen
- Beratung unserer Kunden zur konsequenten Umsetzung der „Clean‑Core“-Prinzipien
- Abbau technischer Schulden
- Konzeption zukunftssicherer Side‑by‑Side‑Erweiterungen sowie Integrationen auf Basis der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Aktive Nutzung von Werkzeugen wie:
- SAP LeanIX (Application Portfolio Management)
- SAP Signavio für die Verknüpfung von Architektur und Geschäftsprozessen
- Leitung von Architektur-Boards
- Steuerung komplexer Kunden-Workshops (z.B. in der Discover- und Prepare-Phase von SAP Activate)
- Präsentation von Lösungswegen auf C-Level-Ebene
Qualifications
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise als Lösungsarchitekt, Lead Consultant oder Enterprise Architect in großen S/4HANA-Transformationsprogrammen
- Vertrautheit mit der SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology, TOGAF und/oder der SAP Activate Methodik
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA (Public & Private Cloud), dem RISE with SAP Portfolio, dem Shared Responsibility Model sowie modernen Cloud-Architekturen (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten im Sinne des „Systems Thinking“
- Starke kommunikative und moderierende Kompetenzen
- Souveränes Auftreten und Verhandlungssicherheit auf Management‑Ebene
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Enterprise Architecture Tools – insbesondere SAP LeanIX
- Solides Verständnis von Business Process Management (SAP Signavio)
- Idealerweise relevante Zertifizierungen, etwa als SAP Certified Associate – Enterprise Architecture Consultant (SAP LeanIX), SAP Technology Consultant Professional oder vergleichbare Architektur‑Zertifikate
