As a Front of House Shift Leader, you'll be at the center of the action, leading the team, creating an exceptional guest experience, solving problems in real time, and helping the restaurant perform at its best. What You'll Do

Lead the Shift

• Lead Front of House, Drive-Thru, and guest experience operations.
• Game-plan each shift and position the team for success.
• Set clear goals and expectations through daily huddles and communication.
• Monitor speed of service, hospitality, accuracy, and overall performance.
• Make real-time decisions to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Ensure opening, closing, breaks, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety standards are executed consistently.

Develop People

• Coach Team Members and Leaders through clear, consistent feedback.
• Build a culture of growth, product knowledge, excitement, generosity, and stewardship.
• Identify and develop emerging leaders.
• Support training, onboarding, and hiring efforts.
• Recognize great performance and address opportunities for improvement.
• Create an environment where people feel empowered to learn, contribute, and grow.

Drive Performance

• Use sales, labor, customer experience, and operational data to identify opportunities.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable to goals and standards.
• Improve systems, efficiency, and execution through LEAN and stewardship practices.
• Bring solutions and new ideas to the leadership team.

Protect the Standard

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and the restaurant's vision.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, cash, and operational standards.
• Lead with integrity, accountability, and a servant-leadership mindset.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an emerging leader who is ready for more responsibility and excited to grow. The ideal candidate brings:

• 24 years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A college degree or significant progress toward one is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• The confidence to coach, give feedback, and lead difficult conversations.
• A goal-oriented, self-directed, and results-focused mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for developing people and building relationships.
• The willingness to master every position in the restaurant.
• Unquestionable integrity and a servant-leadership mindset.

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
