Strategic Hospitality Implementation Lead (Dutch)

Lightspeed is seeking a Strategic Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for hospitality clients in the Benelux, delivering a white-glove, high-touch experience with our POS and SaaS solutions.

You will coordinate go-lives, on-site training, and support while acting as a trusted product and technical advisor. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Support will be essential to resolve escalations and keep clients engaged throughout the lifecycle.
