Role Overview The Foreman supports field leadership through coordinating crews, managing daily jobsite activities, and upholds production and safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in supervising construction operations. Foreman will work directly with superintendents, project managers, and field teams to understand sequencing, quality control, and the operational flow of commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities Crew Coordination - Assist in directing daily tasks, assigning labor, and ensuring crews stays productive and aligned with project goals. Jobsite Leadership - Support the superintendent in managing site activities, subcontractors, and workflow Quality Control - Monitor workmanship, verify installation standards, and report issues promptly. Safety Oversight - Help lead safety briefings, enforce PPE requirements, and maintain a hazard-free site. Scheduling Support - Assist with planning daily/weekly tasks and coordinating material and equipment needs. Documentation - Contribute to daily logs, timekeeping, material tracking, and progress reporting. Problem Solving - Identify obstacles and collaborate with leadership to maintain project momentum. Qualifications Team management, mission execution, or operational oversight. Strong communication and situational awareness. Ability to read or learn to read construction drawings and scopes of work.
