PC-DMIS CMM Programmer Quality Assurance Inspector

Position PC-DMIS CMM Programmer Quality Assurance Inspector Aerospace Machine Shop Anaheim CA located Machine Shop is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to work in our QA department, using PC-DMIS CMM to verify the quality and dimensions of precision parts made in our machine shop. Our parts made are close tolerance and are sold to the Defense and Aerospace industries. Job Duties Inspect machined parts using CMM, hand inspection tools, surface plate setups. Program CMM using the PCDMIS application. Complete in-process, first article and AS9102 final inspection dimensional reports. Knowledge and Experience Requirements 5 Years experience as a mechanical inspector in a machine shop environment or… Prior experience as a machinist and willing to be trained as a QA Inspector. PC-DMIS experience. Programming PC-DMIS is desired. Experience with inspection hand tools, such as mics, indicators, height gages, etc. Ability to read and interpret ANSI Y14.5 engineering drawings and GD&T. Knowledge of AS9102 report completion. US Citizenship required or equivalent for ITAR compliance. Aerospace, machine shop related experience is desirable.
