- We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Analyst to provide operational oversight and hands-on support for critical applications.
- Responsible for monitoring production health, responding to incident tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring stability across the environment.
- The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional technology teams.
- Respond to and resolve incident, problem, and service request tickets within defined SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor application performance, system alerts, and batch jobs.
- Support planned and emergency change management activities.
- Troubleshoot application, database, infrastructure, and integration issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend improvements to monitoring, automation, and operational processes.
