Billing Analyst II
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily billing operations to ensure smooth system performance and address disruptions promptly.
- Generate and review billing batches for accuracy prior to processing.
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile billing data with revenue reports and close activities.
- Conduct audits of customer accounts and billing processes to ensure integrity and transparency.
- Implement rate changes, taxes, and regulatory surcharges within the billing system as required.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive customer data in compliance with data governance and cybersecurity standards.
- Maintain updated internal knowledge of billing technologies and best practices.
- Support contract and billing compliance processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Strong communication and issue resolution skills
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
