Job Summary

The Hybrid Pantry Attendant / Guest Service Ambassador is responsible for supporting both pantry operations and front-of-house guest services. This role ensures pantry spaces are fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained while also providing reception and guest support coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is hospitality-focused, organized, professional, and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pantry Support

• Stock, organize, and maintain pantry areas throughout the day
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall pantry standards
• Support ordering, light inventory tracking, and invoice-related tasks as needed

Guest Service / Reception Support

• Provide coverage for reception lunch breaks, call-outs, and vacations
• Greet guests, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner
• Manage visitor check-in procedures and notify hosts of guest arrivals
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with general front desk needs
• Help maintain conference room readiness, including setup and reset coordination
