You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced accounting professionals while gaining exposure to many areas of the accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll support, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations
• Assist with cash application and payment processing
• Support payroll administration and related reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operational teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow

Compensation $28-$35/hour depending on experience, qualifications, and overall accounting exposure.
