Manufacturing Process Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Pay Range: $95000 - $125000

What's the Job?

• Ensure metallurgical and NDT conformance to customer and internal specifications for all products.

• Maintain and improve existing products while developing new product processes.

• Create efficient manufacturing processes to ensure product compliance and quality.

• Support manufacturing needs through timely and accurate technical assistance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvements and process optimizations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in investment casting industry.

• Proven experience managing process engineering from tool build through production of multiple part numbers.

• Strong problem-solving skills related to defect identification, Pareto analysis, and MRB review.

• Experience with aerospace and industrial gas turbine components, including vacuum cast vanes and blades.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
