Responsibilities Assist customers with opening new accounts, solving problems, and maintaining accounts. Work to exceed retail banking center goals. Deepen relationships with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels. Provide friendly customer service, demonstrate knowledge of bank products, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs. Connect customers to other business lines and partners within the bank. Qualifications Passionate about building trusted relationships and providing excellent customer service. Motivated by achieving goals and has prior sales experience. Comfortable multitasking and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
