Veteran Recovery Peer Specialist

US Department of Veterans Affairs

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Peer Specialist who uses lived recovery experience to support Veterans in mental health and addiction recovery. The role functions as part of a multidisciplinary team within VA health care services, helping Veterans articulate goals, practice new skills, and navigate supportive resources. Eligibility is limited to Veterans meeting statutory requirements, with Time-In-Grade considerations for current or former federal employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
