Nursing Care Provider

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our long-term care facility located in the rural western slope of Colorado. This position involves providing residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established nursing care procedures, and as directed by supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Follow established nursing care procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement individualized care plans.
• Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for residents and staff.

Incentives:

At the end of a successfully completed assignment, eligible staff members will receive a $600 per month reimbursement for housing costs incurred during the assignment in Gunnison.

Additional Information:

• All candidates must pass a Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check.
• Reliable transportation is necessary, as public transportation is unavailable in rural Gunnison.

Shift Details:

Shifts are scheduled for nights from 6 PM to 6 AM.
