Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Community Liaison for the Fairfax, VA region and surrounding areas to promote our House Call and Hospice services within hospitals and health networks. You will analyze markets, visit doctor offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and SNFs to present credentials and obtain patient referrals, while developing marketing plans and objectives to drive growth and outreach across the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ennoblecare
