Engage in a dual capacity role as both Medical Director and hands-on provider for a well-regarded addiction recovery mental health program. This position offers a chance to attain partial ownership in an accomplished establishment, operate within an upscale environment, and assume Medical Leadership responsibilities within a team of seasoned and hospitable experts.Psychiatrists seeking solely a clinical position are welcome to apply.Psychiatrist will work FT, Monday – Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with flexibility to be remote one day per weekPsychiatrist will assume the on-site Medical Leader role, with greatPsychiatrist will provide direct patient care and supervise MDs and Advanced Practice ProvidersPsychiatrist will provide care for a small panel of SUD and Mental Health Adult clientsPsychiatrist will work with Managing Director, Executives, & Medical Board on policiesPsychiatrist will be Director of TMS, Ketamine/ Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, Neurofeedback servicesPsychiatrist will work in Vail, travel 1x per month to Denver for collaborationPsychiatrist will attend industry events, trainings, and participate in podcastPsychiatrist will collaborate with colleges and universities in research opportunitiesPsychiatrist will report to Chief Operating OfficerAddiction Recovery Psychiatrist Requirements:Licensed Psychiatrist3+ years’ experience in SUD, RecoveryExperience w/ TMS, Ketamine/ Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, & NeurofeedbackAddiction Recovery Psychiatrist Compensation:325K Base +100K in company equity per yearRelocation Assistance + Paid Housing in deluxe furnished apartmentsHealth, Dental, VisionLife Insurance, 401KFlex schedule, PTO, HolidaysContinuing Education, Professional Development
