Position summary: Under the direction of the Director of Case Management and Patient Access, the Manager of Case Management manages the case management operations. The Manager serves as a professional role model and assists in their professional development. Education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred Master in Nursing Experience / License Minimum of five years of experience in case management, discharge planning, or other cost/quality management program. Knowledge of leading practice in clinical care and payer requirements. Current RN licensure in the State of California Obtain/Possess current Management of Assaultive Behavior certifications; can obtain within 6 months of hire.
