Energy Project Manager

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to join the team in Charlotte, NC. In this full-time, in-office role, you'll serve as the central driving force behind our utility-scale solar installations, owning the project lifecycle from initiation through completion and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include: Oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout of utility-scale solar projects while rigorously managing budgets and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project alignment. Manage procurement, transportation, material handling, and on-site inventory. Lead expediting efforts to mitigate supply chain delays and keep timelines intact. Coordinate and review critical on-site inspections, component testing, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with strict industry standards. Proactively identify project risks, resolve complex issues, and prepare transparent status reports for key stakeholders and leadership. Drive continuous improvement across all project delivery and construction workflows.
