What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their unique needs while growing a strong book of business.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

Review policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage and increase customer protection.

Cross-sell additional insurance products to strengthen customer relationships.

Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Minimum of 6 months of insurance sales or agency experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
