Fabricator

Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience | Onsite A skilled Fabricator / Welder for a small, close-knit team that builds and maintains custom equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work and can turn an idea into a practical solution. You should be comfortable working from drawings when available and figuring out how to build something when a complete blueprint does not exist. What You'll Do Fabricate and weld components for custom equipment built from the ground up. Modify, repair, and upgrade existing machines and related equipment. Adapt purchased components to meet custom applications. Work with hydraulic components, tubing, piping, and equipment assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and mechanical and electrical schematics. Collaborate with experienced builders and operators while working independently when needed. What We're Looking For Approximately five or more years of relevant fabrication experience preferred. Strong candidates with fewer years may be considered. Strong TIG, MIG, and stick welding skills, including aluminum experience. Demonstrated ability to solve fabrication problems beyond simply following a print. Working knowledge of drawings and schematics. A cooperative attitude, flexibility, and willingness to follow direction on custom builds. Your own personal hand tools. Welding equipment is provided. Hydraulics experience involving pumps, motors, and lines is strongly preferred. Tubing bending and hard-piping experience are also valuable.
