Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree 1–2 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Post Closing Specialist, Junior Underwriter, Doc Drawer, Disclosure Specialist, or similar position Nice to Have Skills & Experience Understanding of TRID regulations Job Description A mortgage company in San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post Closing Specialist . This role is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and finalizing loan files after closing to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
