What you'll be doing As a Shift Lead, you're the person the crew looks to, and that's something we take seriously at GYG. You'll be responsible for running efficient, high-energy shifts across restaurant operations, people management, guest experience, and financial management. That means leading and motivating a crew of 5 or more, maintaining GYG's food quality and safety standards non-negotiably, and making sure every guest walks out happy.
