Location: Braintree, Massachusetts

About the Position

Our client is seeking a professional CDL A Driver for a local touch freight position based in Braintree, Massachusetts. Drivers will transport products from the warehouse to retail stores throughout the region using automatic trucks.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $31 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with mandatory weekend work during peak season
Start Time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Start Date: June 30, 2026
Employment Type: Long-term flex

Job Details

Route Type: Local
Freight: Touch freight, transporting products from the warehouse to retail stores
Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: Unload freight using a pallet jack and liftgate
Delivery Area: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate an automatic CDL A vehicle on local delivery routes
Transport and deliver products to retail stores
Unload freight using a pallet jack and liftgate
Complete deliveries throughout the assigned service area
Follow all applicable transportation safety regulations and procedures

Minimum Requirements

6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Valid CDL A license
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
