Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Night Shift) | 13-Week Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a cardiac telemetry unit with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
• Perform and assist with EKGs and other unit-level procedures as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians
• Float to other telemetry units within the facility as needed
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHS) certification
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented and flexible work style with ability to adapt to unit needs
