Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room circulator position requiring 12 months of perm OR experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
• Circulator role with scrub experience preferred
• Day shift, 3x12 hour shifts, typically 7:00am-7:30pm with some variation
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate

Requirements

• Active Ohio or compact RN license in hand
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required and active at time of consideration
• Minimum of 12 months permanent OR experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• Co-worker references will not be accepted
• Certifications must be active and in hand, not pending
• No open background check cases or license hits accepted

Additional Information

• Circulate for surgical procedures within the OR
• Nurses and CSTs are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with medical or religious exemptions only
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process
• Permanent employees cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• First-time travelers are not being considered for this role
