We are looking for a driven candidate with strong analytical skills to help our department leverage new technology to generate insights and identify trends. Responsibilities Analysis that identifies trends between member groups and across variables Assist in data aggregation for pricing analyses. Create reports for underwriting and other departments using UE's enterprise data warehouse. Analyze loss and premium trends to understand loss ratio drivers. Support ad hoc data analysis and provide other support to actuarial and analytics staff as needed. Requirements Undergraduate rising junior/senior or graduate student who is seeking a degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, data science, or other analytical areas Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
