Histology Technician - Full Time (2nd Shift)


We're actively hiring a skilled Histology Technician to join a respected, fast-paced laboratory team in the Northeast. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a highly supportive, team-oriented organization that values quality, innovation, and its employees.


Schedule: 2nd Shift

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00/hour

Status: Full Time


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform embedding and microtomy for routine H&E and special stain procedures
• Prepare and stain slides with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues in processing, embedding, cutting, and staining
• Complete and document preventative maintenance on lab equipment
• Maintain strict quality control, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Experience with microtomy and embedding required
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience (high-complexity testing preferred)
• HT or HTL (ASCP) certification preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related science field preferred
